What’s our process?

1. Send us a pilot email with a brief of what you’d like us to do. The brief should include deadline, type of service required, budget, page and word count, as well as alternative contact details.
2. Upon receiving your email we will debrief and send you a reply of what we may require to send you a quotation. (We charge per page, but we offer discounts for big projects.)
3. Once we have a mutual understanding, we will send you a Client Packet. This will include: Our profile, our rates, our banking details, our contact details and our portfolio links.
4. When you have decided to work with us you will receive a confidentiality agreement, a contract and a receipt.

All our work is tailored to your needs and specifications. We do our best to ensure detail, precision and top quality as an end result.

For academic documents we follow required editing styles.

Language specifications are catered for. (French, English, Chishona and Isindebele)
